By booking a Personal Color Analysis with The Lookbook Style Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

To secure your appointment, full payment or a non-refundable deposit (as specified during booking) is required.

Accepted payment methods: GCash, bank transfer (50% down payment), or credit cards (full payment required)

Payment details will be provided upon booking. Slots are confirmed only after payment is received.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at least 48 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will result in forfeiture of payment.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable, unless The Lookbook Style Studio cancels the session.

In the event of a provider-initiated cancellation, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

4. Lateness Policy

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals beyond this may lead to a shortened session or cancellation without refund, at the discretion of the stylist.

5. Service Scope

The service includes only what is explicitly described in the booked package.

Any additional services or requests will incur separate fees.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate personal details and follow any preparation guidelines provided before the session.

Recommendations are subjective and intended for personal style guidance only.

7. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

The Lookbook Style Studio is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

Collection of Data: We collect your name, contact details, and relevant information for booking and service delivery purposes.

Use of Data: Information is used solely for communication, scheduling, service customization, and internal documentation.

Storage and Security: Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

Disclosure: We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Data Retention: Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or comply with legal obligations.

Client Rights: You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
